Jonathan Lindner

Jonathan, a 2002 graduate of the University of Iowa, moved to Charlotte in 2004. He started his financial career with Harrisdirect, which was quickly acquired by E*Trade Financial. He went on to work for Bank of America on the trading floor in Hearst Tower, before moving to Cygnus Asset Management and finally Consolidated Planning in the summer of 2019. While at Bank of America he worked on the credit default swap desk and the mortgage-backed securities desk. At Cygnus he worked as a portfolio manager where he led the investment committee, made investment decisions, and met with retail and institutional clients.

Jonathan joined the Strategis Group within Consolidated Planning as an investment specialist. He became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) in 2014 and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) in 2022. Jonathan holds his Life and Health Licenses along with FINRA 7 and 66 registrations. In his free time, he loves playing with his kids, traveling and competing in triathlons.
