Rick is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Rick has over 20 years of benefits experience specializing in qualified retirement plan consulting. He works with the team as an independent consultant helping clients with plan design, plan operation and employee benefit meetings.
Rick and his wife Beth are natives of North Carolina and have three children. He is an active member of Sharon Presbyterian Church. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities and attending UNCC Football and Basketball games.
